Thomas Renjilian is a fiction writer, poet, and PhD candidate at the University of Southern California. He received his BA from Vassar College and MFA from Oregon State University. His stories and poems appear or are forthcoming in The American Poetry Review, Kenyon Review, Gulf Coast, The Missouri Review, Denver Quarterly, Electric Literature, and other publications. A former managing editor of Ricochet Editions and editor-in-chief of Gold Line Press, he currently edits fiction for Joyland Magazine. His creative and scholarly work have received fellowship support from The NYC Department of Cultural Affairs, the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, and Yale’s Beinecke Library. Originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, he currently lives in Los Angeles.
